My father aged 80 years is having issue of continuous sleepiness. He Has to be waken up for medicine and food and he sleeps  immediately thereafter.  He is drowsy and sleepy all the time. No neurological issue appears in MRI Brain. Sodium levels is 126. Hb is around 11. Cardiologist has prescribed diuretic and tablet natrise for sodium. Neurologist advised review by a pulmonologist and sleep study to be done. Pls advise.

I believe due to masturbation my penis veins are not that strong. At the time of sexual chatting with my girlfriend my penis starts to flow some liquid out and gets wet in underwear. Otherwise it appears okay. This has started a month back. How to make penis veins strong or recover from this ?
