I was diagnosed by 5cm sized endometrial cyst in my ovary and I also get so much pelvic cramps along with clots during menstrual cycle. Also sometimes my period flow occurs abnormally. So what herbs can I take to get rid of the cyst so that it doesn't reoccur next time? I don't want to go through any surgery or hormonal medicines so I chosen ayurveda.

I have regular 30day cycle but last time I got within 26days and it was less flow. And when I got USG scan the next cycle it mentioned 16mm at cd14. What it means - is it abnormal? This is not fit for pregnancy ?
