Is there any way to overcome or reduce stuttering? It’s very frustrating for me, as I’m not able to communicate normally. I don’t stutter all the time, but I struggle to say certain words immediately, especially in public. I’ve been eating a lot of betel nuts for the past year — is there any connection between that and my stuttering? I eat chicken, eggs, and nuts a few times a week. Are there any foods or methods that can cure or at least reduce stuttering? I also have difficulty breathing — I can’t take a deep breath when I’m tense, which causes stuttering or delayed speech. Also, is there any way to thin or relax my tongue? I feel like my tongue is heavy or stiff sometimes while speaking

I am taking Sunidra tablets for about one year. I stopped taking tablets last 11 months. I want to know if I can continue with Sunidra tablets or supplement them with Ashwagandha tablets or change over from Sunidra to Ashwagandha tablets. Which of the two tablets are safer with no side effects ?

Recently, I was watching a podcast where a renowned Ayurveda doctor from Gujarat was claiming that if you have chronic gas and acidity, you will suffer from heart attack soon, as per the Ayurveda. He also claimed that even if your all heart reports like ECG, 2D echo and TMT are normal, you are suffering from heart issues or will develop soon. Is it true? All Ayurvedic doctors please enlighten me.

Hello recently I did blood test because I have been suffering from nasal congestion from long time and recently Dr suggest to do blood test in blood test monocytes and eusinophilis level Is not proper eusin level is 11 and monocytes is slight lower what to do

Having loose flakky stool , unable to gain weight, if I eat fibre little then full of gas  and loose flakky stools when reached water, water becomes foamy , stool report says upnormal value pus 10.- 12 and bacteria seen . Gastroenterologist prescribed antibiotics rifaximin for 10.days and gave me happiprobiotic for 20.days , but everything was okay till last week but this week I am facing smelly poop and loose flakky stool and heat  abdominal pain , taking multivitamin . Aslo planning to get pregnant. Stopped drinking milk only taking curd and buttermilk and almond milk for maintaining calcium intake .

Daily i am feeling like vomiting... Because of the ac and perfume smell.. please tell me How to get rid of this problem
