Sir,. My self prashanth kumar Age 36 My hbalc 6.2 Fastinh 88 Pp 132 Creatine 0.86 Serum urea 13.6 Cholestrol 160 Present iam not taking any medcine, Iam diabetic or non diabetes sir Thank u sir Iam drinking daily empty stomach menthi seeds water 1 glass. Night before bed 1 glass menthi powder.

I had tuberculosis in my large intestine. I took medicine for 8 months and now I don't have any pain or weakness . however, my problem is that I'm not gaining weight. My weight has been stuck at 40 kg a year now.

I had digestive issues and PCOS so decided to undergo panchkarma Virechana, Basti and Uttarbasti. As far as I feel my Virechana was performed safactorily because 2 days I really felt very light and mind cleared and i have followed all the unstructions correctly. But now it's been 10 days I have started taking solid food and in less quantity but  I am not having proper bowel movements since then. I am having constipation and too much of gas problems. It has become worse than it was before Virechana. Is this common and will gradually improve or is it some side effects I am not to make out?

Diagnosed with seronegative rheumatoid arthritis. Esr = 65 , crp= 16, hb= 12 , wbc = 12500 Swelling and inflammation in spine,hip joint , knee and ankle joint Pain on touch , better by massage.severe joint pain also muscle pain. Also sciatica Also prediabetic = hb1ac= 6.2 Cant tolerate allopathy medicines.

My Problems - My knee joint gives voice like (kat, kat......), sometimes pain occurs during winter season, but voice like (kat , kat .....) from knees always comes from before 7-8 years, today I have done my blood test Results below 👇 Vitamin B12 - Abnormal - 138 Vitamin D - Abnormal - 8.03 Thyroid profile T3, T4 & TSH - Normal RA factor quantitative - Normal Uric Acid - Normal Please suggest me right medicine & right foods, fruits & excercise?
