No. The pain is a sign of inflammation caused due to stress and faulty eating habits. So follow HAIP DIET and practice the rebalancing techniques mentioned in it. Apply mahanarayan tailam pichu in evening for 30 minutes on the neck. Consult for detailed analysis and prescription

Neck pain in hypothyroidism may need more than just home remedies. The mix you mentioned mainly supports digestion, not thyroid. I’d suggest booking a consult with me so I can understand your case in detail and guide you with the right Ayurvedic treatment and diet for both thyroid health and neck pain.

This mixture (jeera, ajwain, saunf, elaichi) is mainly used for digestion and metabolism support, not specifically for neck pain. Neck pain usually needs a different approach in Ayurveda depending on whether it is due to muscle stiffness, cervical spondylosis, or nerve issues. Since you also have hypothyroidism, it’s better to avoid random home mixes and instead get a proper personalized plan. You can consult me directly with your reports and symptoms for safe and effective Ayurvedic guidance.
