Dhanvantri+Pinda+Maha Narayan oil
I have cervical spondylosis pain on the neck and shoulder area. Physiotherapist says it is severe muscle spasm. I do not use allopathic pain relief gels.  I now rely on Ayurveda. For such cervical spasm pain, stiffness, can I mix Dhanvantri oil, Pinda oil, and MahaNarayan oil and apply on the cervical area? If so, in what ratio? Equal? Many many thanks in advance 🙏

First of all consult a qualified doctors for better diagnosis. Lot of additional info is needed for a proper opinion like 1. Your nature of work 2. Is there any radiation of pain frome neck to upper arms 3. Any recurring headache or migraine 4. When is the pain more? Ie in morning or evening or after work or after driving etc or 24 hour pain? In my experience, applying oil in severe inflammation maybe worsened the spasm. Ideal is applying some ayurvedic lineament or karpooradi thailam within murivenna and giving moist heat / steam with out any massage twice daily.
Next Steps
X ray c spine : AP & LAT
Health Tips
DO NOT MASSAGE Apply moist heat only, please avoid hot water bags etc because these are dry heat.

All the above oils have Kaphahara property meaning helps in reducing spasm, instead of mixing all of them, u can initially apply  Dhanwantara taila alone which helps in relieving muscle spasm, once stiffness is reduced, but still pain persists due to mild degenration, then go for Ksheerabala taila application
Next Steps
Don't apply much pressure after application of oil, gently apply and do massage
Health Tips
Do physiotherapy along with massage

Yes, you can use Ayurvedic oils externally for cervical spondylosis–related muscle spasm and stiffness. A combination of MahaNarayan taila (for stiffness and nerve strengthening), Dhanwantharam taila (for Vata pacification and pain), and Pinda taila (for burning or inflammation, if present) can be beneficial. If you have more of pain and stiffness without burning, you can mix MahaNarayan oil and Dhanwantharam oil in equal ratio (1:1) and apply warm on the cervical and shoulder area with gentle massage followed by hot fomentation. If there is more burning or heat sensation, you may add Pinda oil in smaller proportion (1 part Pinda + 2 parts of the other oils). Regular application once or twice daily with mild hot fomentation will help relieve spasm and improve flexibility.
