Pimples on the buttocks usually happen because of blocked hair follicles, sweat, friction from tight clothes, or sometimes hormonal changes. It is often due to Pitta and Vata imbalance or toxins building up in the body, which can make the skin inflamed and lead to pus-filled spots. Sitting for long periods or not keeping the area clean can make it worse.
Next Steps
You can book an online Ayurvedic consultation to get a personalized plan with herbal medicines, medicated washes, and lifestyle advice. Ayurveda can help balance your body, reduce inflammation, and prevent pimples from coming back.
Health Tips
Keep the area clean and dry. Wear loose cotton clothes to reduce friction.

This is a chronic tendency, not just a superficial skin issue. If you only take creams/antibiotics, it will come back after stopping. We will work on internal purification of blood, correction of digestion, and lifestyle modifications—that way, not only will pimples reduce, but also the marks will gradually fade, and recurrence will stop.”
Next Steps
Wash area with neem + triphala decoction daily before bath. Apply Panchatikta Ghrita Guggulu paste locally on pimples. For black marks- Apply Kumkumadi Taila or Jatyadi Taila at night (mild massage, 10 min, then wash). without internal medicine effect will be milder.. CONSULT for prescription.
Health Tips
avoid: junk food ,tea, bakery products anything with yeast even idlis&dosa start taking coriander water, amla, aloe vera juice (10–15 ml morning empty stomach).

Improve your digestion..whenever u feel or suffer from skin issues wheather it’s pimple or other issues..1st improve digestion bcz it’s the root cause of all diseases..medicine is not the permanent solution, u have to improve your gut health so that your skin get enough necessary nutrients to be healthy and good skin tone..sometimes due to some underlying health issues people use to suffer skin issues including pimples, bacterial infections and left scar So u have to role out the cause 1st so that u can get relief from such issues permanently.. U must know correct diet What food to avoid What food to add in ur routine diet What cause inflammation in gut dat cause pimples Sometime due to deficiencies of specific important vitamin , there is boil, bacterial infections, fungal infections, pimples over skin.. So it’s very to rule out and treat For scar u can use Scar end ointment and tretinoin Gel( but with the help of doctor suggestion) Never use these ointment by self

I understand your concern — recurrent pimples with pus (folliculitis or acne-like eruptions) on the buttocks can be very uncomfortable and leave dark marks. Since they come back after stopping medicine, it shows the root cause inside the body is not yet corrected. Let me break it down in an **Ayurveda + modern integrative approach**: --- ## 🔎 Why this happens (internal reasons) * **Pitta imbalance** → excess heat and inflammation in blood & skin. * **Kapha imbalance** → clogged pores, pus, oily sticky secretions. * **Poor digestion (low Agni)** → toxins (Ama) accumulate, come out through skin. * **Lifestyle factors** → sitting for long hours, sweating, tight synthetic clothes. --- ## 🌿 Internal Ayurvedic Management 1. **Correct digestion (Agni)** * Take *****churna** 1 tsp with warm water at night to keep bowels clear. * If constipation, take *****churna** ½ tsp before meals. 2. **Purify blood & reduce skin toxins** * *****capsules / decoction** daily for 2–3 months. * *****churna** ½ tsp with warm water twice daily. * *****(*)** tablet 500 mg twice daily for immunity + detox. 3. **Balance heat (Pitta shamak)** * Drink *****seed water** (soak 1 tsp overnight, drink in morning). * ** **juice (15–20 ml) empty stomach. --- ## 🌿 External care 1. **Cleansing** * Wash with **neem or turmeric herbal soap** once daily. * Avoid chemical body washes & scrubs (they irritate more). 2. **For pus pimples** * Apply **neem paste** or **turmeric + ***paste**. * Can use *****taila** or *****+ **water** pack for black spots. 3. **For black spots & pigmentation** * Apply **Aloe vera gel + few drops lemon juice** at night (only on spots). * **Ubtan**: Mix besan (gram flour) + turmeric + curd, apply 2–3 times/week. --- ## 🥗 Diet & Lifestyle Tips * Avoid: fried food, excess dairy, sweets, bakery, red meat, alcohol. * Take: fresh fruits (pomegranate, apple, papaya), green leafy veg, barley, moong dal. * Drink **2.5–3 L lukewarm water daily**. * Wear **cotton, loose clothing** to reduce sweat & friction. * Sit less on hard surfaces for long hours, take breaks. --- ## ⭐ Panchakarma (if available) If the problem is chronic: * **Virechana (purgation therapy)** helps clear Pitta & toxins from blood. * **Raktamokshan (bloodletting/leech therapy)** is sometimes advised for stubborn skin issues. --- ✅ If followed consistently, you should see less recurrence in **2–3 months** and fading of marks in **4–6 months**. Would you like me to make a **step-by-step daily routine (dinacharya + medicines)** specifically for your pimples & dark spots, so it’s easier to follow? Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.

Recurrent pimples with dark spots on butt indicate internal heat & toxin buildup. External creams give temporary relief but Ayurveda treats the root cause with detox, blood purifiers & diet correction to prevent recurrence and clear marks. I suggest you consult me for a personalized plan.
