Pimples problem
I started taking neem and tulsi tablet but when I stop I get pimples on my face I have thyroid problem also.is it due to skipping tablet.?

Hello Ma'am, your problems r due to hormonal imbalance, don't touch pimples frequently, leave them, place cold pack before developing them, Take Tab Triphala Himalaya 3 tabs at night with Lukewarm water,Tab Purim Himalaya 1 bid

In your age group Acne is common problem. Don't use any soap, cosmetic products. Wash your face with red lentil (मसूर दाल) powder. Do वमन पंचकर्म once . It will get benefit to your thyroid problem also. You can take neem and tulsi tablets. Avoid oily, spicy, nonvej, fried,junk food items.
