Dear Madam,
Thank you for providing detailed information.
Persistent forehead pimples are commonly seen due to skin type, hormonal changes, or sometimes exposure to hair oils or sweat, and not always linked with food or digestion. As you requested Ayurveda-based care, and considering your sulphur allergy, here are some safe options:
Topical/Local Ayurvedic Options:
Apply fresh aloe vera gel to the affected area. It soothes irritation and helps reduce pimples. Leave on for 20–30 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
A paste made from neem powder and rose water or sandalwood powder and rose water can be applied as a gentle mask 3–4 times a week. Both neem and sandalwood have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
Ready-made Ayurvedic anti-acne creams (like those with neem, turmeric, manjistha, aloe vera, and tulsi) are available and are free from sulphur—e.g., Himalaya Pimple Clear Cream, Zandu Nimbadi Cream, or Advik Ayurveda’s Pimple Cream.
Internal Medicines (if required):
Blood purifiers like Manjishtadi Kwath or Khadirarishta may help if prescribed by an Ayurvedic physician.
Triphala churna taken at night can help with skin detox and bowel regularity.
General Advice:
Wash face twice daily with a mild herbal cleanser.
Avoid heavy, oily hair products.
Maintain pillow/towel hygiene.
Avoid touching or scratching pimples.
If pimples do not settle or get worse, a direct consultation is advised.
Avoid sulphur-containing ointments/creams due to allergy.
Wish you good health!

"Recurrent forehead pimples despite good diet may be due to excess heat, stress, or hormonal imbalance. Along with external creams, internal detox and pitta balance are needed for lasting relief. Avoid heavy oils or greasy creams. Ayurveda can help clear acne from the root safely. I suggest you consult me for a personalized plan."
The pimples on your husbandâs forehead appear to be mild, possibly due to sweat, stress, or excess oil â rather than diet or digestion, since you mention those are fine and food is homemade. This type of recurrent forehead acne is common, as that area has many sebaceous (oil) glands.
### Likely Causes
- *Sweat and oil accumulation* from hair or forehead coverings (caps, helmets, etc.).
- *Hair products* (like oils, gels, or shampoos) clog pores near the hairline.
- *Stress or hormonal changes*, which can increase oil secretion.
- *Friction or touching forehead* frequently.
### Treatment Options
#### Ayurvedic Home Remedies
- ***** paste:* Grind fresh ****leaves or use neem powder with water; apply for 10â15 minutes and rinse daily.
- *******gel:* Apply pure ********gel twice daily; it calms inflammation and speeds healing.
- *****paste:* Mix sandalwood powder with rose water; apply as a mask for cooling and oil control.
- ****and honey paste:* Use once daily for its antibacterial and soothing effects.
#### Medical / Topical Options
- *****1% gel* (e.g.,****l): apply a thin layer only on pimples twice daily.
- *****0.1% gel* (e.g., Differin): use at night only, and apply sparingly on affected area.
- *Avoid heavy creams or coconut oil* on the forehead â they can worsen breakouts.
### Additional Tips
- Wash face twice daily with a *mild cleanser* (like *** or ******face wash).
- Avoid touching or popping pimples.
- Keep hair clean and off the forehead.
- Change pillowcases every few days.
If new pimples continue for more than *3â4 weeks* despite this care, or if they are painful or leave marks, a dermatologist consultation is advised for evaluation of hormonal or fungal causes.
Would you like me to recommend specific *Ayurvedic ointments or brands* (like from Patanjali, Himalaya, or Baidyanath)?
Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine.
Consult me personally for details.
