Whenever I eat nonveg, sweet, ice cream, spicy,sugar mango items i will get pimples i don't know whether it's allergy or pimples, first it will be itchiness, reddish,the pimples (allergy reaction).
Can I use any blood purifier like manjistha or any other.please suggest me which blood purifier is good to take.
