Your gas, bloating and constipation keep returning despite trying several medicines, which usually means the real trigger, like diet, slow gut movement or an H. pylori infection, hasn't been addressed yet. No single gas tablet will give you lasting relief until that cause is treated.
Next Steps
Please see a gastroenterologist to review your symptoms and the medicines you've tried so far; tests like an H. pylori check or an endoscopy can find what's driving this. Eating smaller meals, chewing slowly and staying active after eating can also ease the gas and constipation.
Health Tips
Avoid combining multiple over-the-counter remedies on your own, since that can mask what's actually going on.
