Need your help with the recurrence of anal fissure. Got an anal fissure one year back and two recurrences went with ayurveda treatment had three tailapoorna and then once it subsides ropyathi pichu at home and lax powder one spoon at night for avoiding cosntipation after three months one month goes fine then it repeats not chronic just a small tear pink in color near end of anus with burning after pooping..how to avoid this recurrence.

During or after passing urine I feel pain. After completing urine also, little drops of urine comes out for sometime. I drink very less water even after having breakfast, lunch, dinner I don't even feel the need to drink any water. Is this sign of some problem and what is root cause of such problem?

One of my friend went to ayurvedic doctor for diabetes. Doctor prescribed him basant kusmakar ras with gold along with Calcium Buti for 02 months and then basant kusmakar ras with Kesar bhuj ras for 02 months. Are these medicines useful for diabetes management. Calcium buti and Kesar bhuj ras are expensive and not mentioned anywhere in the internet or anyone knows about it. Please guide about reliability as I am also diabetic and want ayurvedic treatment.

I'm facing with severe sensorineural hearing loss as well as tinnitus from past 15-18 years. Is there any absolute treatment for the same?

I have uti since one year I took many treatment and antibiotics or ayurvedic medicine like chandraprabha vati gokhshuradi gugglu bangshil tablet giloy ghan vati trinpachmool kwath suksham triphala punarnavasav gandhak rasayan and many more but my uti infection not cure recently i have done urine culture and USG whole abdomen urine culture report positive with e.coli and USG report says everything is normal but 3 mm lower pole kidney stone So I want to know now can I take cystone forte and khadiraarishta and raktashodhak vati for my uti problem please help

I felt acidity since last 6 months. Before 15 days my ayurvedic doctor suggested me for virechana. Last saturday I completed my virechana process 13 loose motion but not feel tired after that I took concenrated warm lemon juice. After virechana I felt more acidity. My doctor again suggested me that next friday  you will take two days ghee and steam massage and then next day virechan tablet. Shall I do again virechana or not. Please give some valuable advice

One of my relatives has been unfortunately diagnosed with late stage 4 pancreatic and liver cancer. Cancer specialist has said that even chemo won't work at this stage. Some Ayurvedic clinics and vaidya claim their medicines to be effective in treating cancer by attacking the root cause. Is that possible? If yes, can anyone please recommend any genuine, trustworthy Ayurvedic chikitsalaya or Vaidya for cancer treatment? We found a chain named Karma Ayurveda (karmaayurveda.com) with a branch in the same city as the patient, has anyone heard of them?

Hi, I've been noticing multiple lipomas on my body, and they're growing in size. Since my mother also has lipomas, I'm concerned about their progression. Are there any effective treatments or medications that can help manage or reduce their growth?

My mother is on blood thinner and metformin for diabetes and diltiazem for hypertension. Not daily but sometime she suffer from constipation for 3-4 days. Kindly suggest some med for acidity and constipation. Thank you
