Can i take arogyavardhini vati and chandraprabha vati together??? for my overall heath...(immunity ) If yes Wats the dose??? Pls help

Suffering piles from last 6 month paining lot after toilet and uncomfortable to sit. TKen treatment from general physician she gave me few medicines but no complete cure how. Can ayurvedic treatment heal pain??

My 2.5 years son is not talking as usual of his age. He speaks very few words but understands most of our conversations. He is hyper active and just to make him sit to eat his food we played cartoons and off late he is addicted to mobile, he is interested to watch mostly Dinosaur cartoons or videos and also behaves like Dinosaur in his activities most of the day. I get hard stool every week after consuming egg and chicken. Due to hard stool i have developed anal fissure. That's why, I wanted to know if I can consume 2 triphala tablets daily at night with warm water in order to avoid hard stool problem and fissure recurrence.

Hello doctor. When taking milk with honey before bed time the very next morning when waking up, the vata symptoms triggered and couldn't bear those symptoms like vata pain in lower back increase and curdy motion and more gases passing throughout the day. I had rectal bleeding for several months, and sometimes I pass mucus, my stool is constipated, when it happens I bleed, now I'm 12 weeks pregnant, but every day I have rectal bleeding, if my stool is soft I don't bleed, what should I do to recover. Pls help
