I am taking ayurvedic dhatupaustik churna can I take it continue in summer . Means in month of June july

I am suffering from urine infection since last 1 year. I have pain in my kidneys. I have lost a lot of weight. I consulted many doctors, took antibiotics which are culture sensitive, even after taking those antibiotics it did not get cured. I got relief only for 2 or 3 days, then there is no effect of the medicines. I also consulted an ayurvedic doctor, banshil tablet, gokhshuradi gugglu, chandraprabha vati, punarnavasav shothari mandoor, Trinamool kwath, cystone forte tablet, sukshma triphala. I have taken all these medicines but even with these only. I got relief for 2-3 days, then there is no effect of the medicines. Now I have got an ultrasound done, in which a 3mm stone was found in the right lower pole of the kidney, everything else is normal. Please help me.

I have IBS problem due to stress . Due to i have chronic fatigue. I was prescribed Ashwagandharista but 20% relief. Ashwagandha churn caused gases but stresscom tablet 50% relief.  Can i take stresscom and Ashwagandharista both. Are both work different.Can you prescribed other tablet for stress and fatigue.
