He was addicted to masturbation for a very long time...now a days not getting erection... facing premature ejaculation... severe Back pain and knee pain....not able to remember anything... forgets everything very easily...not able to do a little complex task...from this stage of life is is he finished completely??is there any hope of life??

Hi Dr ,regarding 3.8year 13.20 lg boy,he got very bad fever for entire last week ,it was around 103 sometimes,he was on antibiotics and fever medicine till yesterday,this Monday his fever got reduced and even though fever got reduced he is eating very less food ,can you please let me know the possible reason and also how to make him eat food like before .

I have done my liver test, so my alkaline phosphate is 186 Sgot 69 and sgpt 78 although my sgpt and sgot has been decrease in number from my previous test but my new liver test on 10/03/25 show high in alkaline phosphate. Please help

There's a major concern of patients after surgery about  holding of stools when pressure comes, Because some people are having defferent types of job, where everytime is not possible to go to fresh when pressure comes, for sometime holding of stools are necessary for him, But I have heard many people who had surgeries, after surgery they told that when pressure comes immediately he have to go to fresh, otherwise underwear will become wet? So this is a major concern for patients & other concern is post surgery pain. Please give some suggestions from above?

Hello sir and mam.1 month ago i have fever for 2 days and i have done cbc test which shows slightly elevated neutrophils and low lymphocytes.i completed my antibiotics course of 10 days.after that from last 1 month i feel feverish.some time my eyes are burning.my face and hand are hot but in thermometer it showing normal temperature.i have done recently cbc again which is normal(both neutrophils, lymphocytes count and other parameters are normal).done esr, malaria, typhoid, urine test all are normal.already eat 20 vitamin tablet.i didn't understand what is happening.please advice in this regard
