Can we add half cup of clove tea in our daily routine, or alternate days, since clove seems to have many potential benefits in general. In order to treat and maintain PCOS, I'm looking for advice over healthy diet which heals the body.

Hello I have been suffering from chronic sinusitis and it's mainly on left side but sometimes also in right side I have tried different homeopath doctors but nothing works now some ayurvedic recommendation I got about ashwagandha naushadar and arjun ki chhal should I try it or not or any other similar thing I should try

My brother is having chronic dizziness problem since 5 yrs. All blood reports and mri brain scans are normal. Ear examination and cervical spine is also normal. Neurologist said it's neurological weakness of nerves and brain neurons called chronic positional dizziness/pppd. Symptoms:- - nonspining dizziness - feel like floating in boat - feel like in moving train - feel heavy head , feel drunk - symptoms are there while standing, walking , head movement - also while watching TV and seeing moving objects - in crowded place When laying down feel better No addiction at all no alcohol no tobacco. Tried lot of allopathy but no result. Pls advice ayurveda medicine for this.

Hi I recently underwent Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis scan for UTI issues. In the report it was mentioned as grade 3 fatty liver. Post which I consulted Gastroenterology doctor and liver Fibro Scan was carried out. Attached is the report. Liver Stiffness is 24.3kpa and UAP is 332 db/m. Please  advice if there is significant liver damage and also can I recover from this condition or not. Present weight is 106kgs and treating doctor has advised Bilyspa 4mg every day night. Liver Function Test : Normal Cholesterol levels : Normal HBA1C : 7.3
