Hello dear, Thank you for sharing your journey — it sounds like you've been through a lot emotionally, physically, and hormonally in a short time. It’s not just one problem you’re dealing with — it’s a **complex mix of hormonal imbalance, fatigue, nerve pain, and post-abortion changes**, all wrapped up in a sensitive, deeply aware body. Let me approach this with compassion **and** structure. I’ll give you an **Ayurvedic protocol** tailored to: * PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease) * Chronic body ache, nerve pain, fatigue * Digestive issues (bloating, low appetite) * Emotional recovery from abortion and stress * Preparation for healthy fertility (not forced — gentle support) --- ## 🧠 AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR SYMPTOMS Your condition is showing a **Vata-Kapha imbalance**: * **Vata** is high (nerve pain, fatigue, anxiety, bloating, tingling, insomnia) * **Kapha** is blocked (cysts, weight fluctuation, sluggish digestion, PCOD) Also, the **digestive fire (Agni)** is weak — leading to **Ama (toxins)** accumulation, causing inflammation and fatigue. Your **post-abortion trauma and crying** also affect **Apana Vata** (reproductive energy) and **Sadhaka Pitta** (emotional balance). --- ## 🌿 COMPLETE AYURVEDIC TREATMENT PLAN FOR YOU --- ### ✅ 1. **HERBAL TREATMENT – Internal Balance** | Herb/Formulation | Purpose | How to Use | | ------------------------------------ | --------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- | | ***** | Regulates cycles, treats cysts | 15 ml with 15 ml warm water, **twice a day after meals** | | *** *** | Reduces ovarian cysts, balances Kapha | 2 tablets **twice a day** after food (with warm water) | | ****** | Nerve pain, Vata clearing | 30 ml warm decoction, **once or twice daily** | | ****** *(or Lehyam)* | PCOD, digestion, bloating, constipation | 10–15 ml once daily before breakfast | | ***** powder or capsule | Nourishes uterus, helps fertility | 1 tsp with warm milk at night | | ***** capsule or powder | Energy, stress, nerve repair | 1 capsule or ½ tsp powder with warm milk at bedtime | **Note:** Please consult a qualified Ayurvedic doctor before starting — especially if you're taking multiple herbs or on other meds. I can help you if needed. Consult us for details. --- ### ✅ 2. **DIET PLAN (Vata-Kapha Balancing)** **DO EAT:** * Warm, cooked, oily but light meals (like moong dal khichdi, vegetable soups) * Steamed vegetables with ghee * Jeera-ajwain-fennel boiled water (sip all day) * Stewed fruits (apple, pear, figs) * Soaked almonds, walnuts in the morning * Cooked oats or red rice porridge **AVOID COMPLETELY:** * Raw salads, dry snacks, cold drinks * Green tea (you already noticed it drops BP) * Caffeine, alcohol (you've stopped — great!) * Yogurt at night * High-protein heavy gym diets (unless balanced with digestion) --- ### ✅ 3. **DAILY RITUALS – HEALING FROM ROOTS** | Practice | Time | Benefit | | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------- | | **Abhyanga (warm oil massage)** with *** Thailam or *Oil** | Before bath (daily or 3–4x/week) | Nerve healing, fatigue, Vata balance | | **Nasya (***Tailam)** | Morning after bath | Balances hormones, mental clarity | | *****oil cleanse** (optional, under guidance) | Monthly (1 tsp at night) | Clears cysts, Ama | | **Gentle yoga**: cat-cow, butterfly, bridge pose | Morning or evening | Pelvic circulation, rib/back pain relief | | **Pranayama**: Nadi Shodhana + Bhramari | 10 minutes daily | Balances nervous system, hormones | --- ### ✅ 4. **EMOTIONAL + SPIRITUAL RECOVERY** * Your abortion may have left unhealed emotional imprints. In Ayurveda, **grief blocks Apana Vata**, the energy responsible for menstruation, fertility, and elimination. * Try writing a **forgiveness and release letter** to yourself and your body — as a way to honor your journey, not blame it. * **Chanting "Shanti" or "Om Aim Shreem Kleem"** mantra during gentle breathing helps regulate feminine energy (Shakti). * Journaling, therapy, or healing circles for women can also complement your physical healing. --- ## 🧘‍♀️ WHAT TO EXPECT (Realistic Healing Timeline) * **Month 1–2:** Reduction in pain, better digestion, less bloating * **Month 3–4:** Menstrual cycle becomes more regular, fatigue improves * **Month 5+:** Cysts reduce, mental and physical strength returns * **6–9 months:** Ideal time to begin conscious fertility planning (not earlier — allow full healing first) --- ## ❗ VERY IMPORTANT NOTES * Do **NOT** suppress pain with painkillers long-term — address the root with herbs and therapy. * Get your **Vitamin D, B12, and iron** checked — deficiencies worsen fatigue and nerve symptoms. * If you're emotionally burnt out, don’t force workouts — choose **restorative yoga and walks** instead. * Keep you under close care of an **Ayurveda Vaidya** just like me who understands women’s health deeply * Make sure you are **emotionally heard**, not just physically treated * Prepare your body for pregnancy slowly, with **self-love, not pressure** * Remind you: your body is not broken — it is **asking for gentle rebalancing** You deserve a full recovery — and it *is* possible. I'm with you through it. Would you like a simplified version of this plan as a printable checklist too? Advice - Consult us for details.
Next Steps
book consultation with us for more details.
Health Tips
kindly follow the advice.

PCOD is a metabolic dysfunction which affect different systems of body. Your Agni [digestive and metabolic fire] is abnormal in this condition. Due to sedentary life style and lack of exercise whatever food has taken not digested properly , instead of transform into nutrients to body , it turns into toxin [ ie, Aama in Ayurveda ] . It vitiate the blood [ raktha dhatu ] and forms nodules ,cyst in different part of the body. When it affect the reproductive system , pcod happens. The initial step of the treatment is the life style modification which you already started. Along with that the removal of toxin and igniting the agni also important. By this the metabolism becomes balanced and proper nourishment of each tissue elements [dhathu ] will obtain.
Next Steps
In order to get the proper result can go for some life style modification and oral medication.
