Moms age :59 I was having medication for acidity , severe burping , ibs , dyspepsia , and severe flatulence . Over time the acidity and burping is to a much lesser extent but due to Gerd and severe acid reflux I started developing cough . I also have allergic cold with occasional nose blockage and chest congestion . With these two issues u have been having persistent cough over 3 years . Initially for one year it was only while I ate the fir 1st morsel of food where I would feel choked later it has been consistent .it is very severe in the night as i have cervical spondylitis I do not take a pillow but lately have started using a sift pillow . It is dry continuous cough day and night and persistent leaving my stomach and back hurting . Attached is xray report Plz help. Wil be obliged 🙏

I'm facing issue of incomplete bowel movement, and also having bowel moment at odd times not in morning, even after passing stool I feel like still bowel is not empty, after eating anything it causes gas bloating and flatulence and later need to poop, someone suggested Triphala churna and other english medicine laxative, it just makes stool soft , but still I face issue of incomplete bowel movement, when bowels are clear I have less symptoms of gas and bloating , had few tests like endoscopy and colonoscopy in past everything was normal.

I am breastfeeding mom. My baby is 4 month old. I have an itching problem after my c sec delivery . Earlier the itching was in the private parts, now it has started occurring in the whole body. The itching in the genitals is like a fungal infection. I applied neem oil which gave me relief but as soon as I stop applying it, it starts again. I consulted an Ayurvedic doctor. He prescribed me this medicine Baidyanath raktashodhak tablet(2-2) kaishore guggulu (2-2) haridra khand and avipattikar churn. (Mix 1 spoon morning evening), I am afraid to take medicine because my child is still small and is breastfed. I am very worried. I want quick relief from my itching problems. Please tell me if I can take these medicines.Or any other medicine which can give me relief, I have already bought these medicines.please advice me 🙏🏻
