Not Sleeping well
I am taking Sunidra tablets for about one year. I stopped taking tablets last 11 months. I want to know if I can continue with Sunidra tablets or supplement them with Ashwagandha tablets or change over from Sunidra to Ashwagandha tablets. Which of the two tablets are safer with no side effects ?

Sunidra tablets also contain ashwagandha ma'am. I suggest, stop taking medicine on your own and consult a doctor for proper doses. And with taking medicine add meditation, yoga, outdoor activities like swimming, running, football or batminton.
Next Steps
instead of Sunidra, try taking brahmi vati, chamomile tea Contact personally for proper doses.

Sunidra tablets and Ashwagandha both support stress relief and sleep, but they work differently. Sunidra is a herbal formulation designed mainly for sleep, while Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that reduces stress and improves overall vitality. Both are generally safe when taken properly, but long-term use of any medicine should be under medical guidance. You can supplement Sunidra with Ashwagandha or switch after consulting your doctor, based on your current health needs. Always avoid self-medication and seek personalized advice.
