I’m experiencing allergy symptoms triggered by cold weather. Every morning when I wake up, my day begins with continuous sneezing and a blocked nose.
To manage these symptoms, I’m trying supportive home remedies such as drinking warm water, doing steam inhalation, and keeping myself warm at night by using a warm blanket and wearing warm clothes during sleep.
I have tried pratishyay shamak and tribuvankirti ras
But im feeling acidity.

Your symptoms suggest cold-induced allergic rhinitis. Warm water, steam, and keeping warm are helpful, but avoid Pratishyay Shamak & Tribhuvan Kirti Ras if they cause acidity. Instead, mild and safe Ayurvedic options plus dietary corrections are advised. Please consult me for a personalized plan and proper medicines.
