Hello, Your symptoms point towards "Grahani" Vyadhi. Loose flaky stools with smell point towards disturbed gut flora, But to reach to a final conclusion we need to examine your dietary habits and lifestyle as well. 1. Going forward towards medications in Ayurveda we can opt for Nagkeshar churna, Chitrak churna Or Chitrakadi vati which promote Dipan, Pachana 2. Analysis of your prakruti is of utmost importance before suggesting you for a detox therapy.

Your symptoms suggest weak Agni (digestive fire) with Aam formation, likely linked to chronic gut imbalance. Antibiotics offer temporary relief but don’t correct the root cause. In Ayurveda, we manage this with Deepana-Pachana herbs like Bilva, Musta, and Nagarmotha, and gut-healing Rasayanas. Avoid raw or gas-producing foods, and follow a light, warm, and gut-friendly diet. Since you’re planning pregnancy, consult online for a safe, customized Ayurvedic plan.

Hello, Your symptoms point towards an imbalance in digestion and gut health, which is very common in IBS and SIBO. From an Ayurvedic view, this is due to weak digestion and imbalance in Vata and Pitta doshas.
