Hello..
Allergic rhinitis is treatable and can completely be cured with ayurvedic medicines. You will have to follow the medicines until symptoms subside and also take medicines which will improve your immunity. This may take a period of 3 to 4 months. You will get good results.
Thank you.
Your symptoms clearly indicate Vata-Kapha imbalance with chronic Allergic Rhinitis, worsened during rainy and winter seasons â classic Aavasthika Vata-Kapha prakopa in Ayurveda.
ð¿ Why it persists:
Weak digestion (Mandagni) â Ama (toxins) formation
Seasonal triggers (cold, damp)
Accumulated Kapha in upper respiratory tract
Overuse of supplements without addressing root cause
â Ayurvedic Suggestions:
ð± Internal Remedies (under guidance):
Sitopaladi Churna + Talisadi Churna â with honey, 2x daily
Trikatu Churna â 1 pinch with warm water before meals (to ignite Agni)
Haridra Khanda â 1 tsp daily (anti-allergic & immunity support)
Nasya: Daily 2 drops of Anu Tailam or Shadbindu Tailam in each nostril after steam inhalation
ð± Diet:
Warm, light, Kapha-reducing diet
Avoid curd, cold drinks, bananas, fried foods
Add ginger, black pepper, cumin, turmeric to meals
ð§ââï¸ Lifestyle:
Steam inhalation with eucalyptus or ajwain
Gentle pranayama (Anulom Vilom, Kapalabhati under guidance)
Avoid direct exposure to cold wind or damp environments
ð Important:
Allergic rhinitis is treatable in Ayurveda, but needs a personalized plan that includes internal detox, immunity enhancement, and seasonal care.

This is due allergy a mechanism similar to autoimmunity. You need to follow anti-inflammatory diet like HAIP DIET for it and follow a simple cleansing procedure of neti daily morning empty stomach. For that take a 500 ml neti pot and add 10 gms neti salt to it. Mix well and do neti with this water. In addition to this do nasya treatment in an ayurvedic panchakarma centre . These procedures will help. However, the main focus is on diet. Do anulom vilom pranayam for 3 to 7 minutes on an empty stomach.
Apply cow ghee or mustard oil in both nostrils after bath.or when ever you go outside.
:- second if you have also chest congestion then che 2 3 black papper 2 time in day.
