Due to sudden temperature change.. Vata and kapha dosha disturb . You need to do 1) Pre-Bath Routine a) Apply lukewarm sesame oil (Taila Abhyanga) Warm sesame oil (तिल तेल) Apply on nostrils (outer), behind ears, and feet 5 minutes before bath 👉 It prevents Vata aggravation after bath. b) Keep head wash separate from regular bath 2) Post-Bath Routine a) Nadi Shuddhi (Gentle steam inhalation) 1–2 minutes light steam after bath Opens nasal channels, prevents dripping b) Nasya (Daily) – 4 drops of Anu Taila
Next Steps
sitopladi churn (1/2 tablespoon) + honey (1tablespoon) after breakfast
Health Tips
Drinking cold water after bath Entering fans/AC directly after bath Head bath early morning or late evening Avoid curd, cold drinks, banana especially in morning/night

I think Your symptoms suggest Vata–Kapha imbalance leading to vasomotor/non-allergic rhinitis. Sudden temperature change during face washing or bathing triggers nasal hyper-reactivity. Treatment: Anu Taila – 2 drops in each nostril daily. Steam inhalation 1–2 times/day. Avoid cold exposure immediately after bathing. Start Sitopaladi Churna with honey twice daily for a few days.

Running nose after bath (cold or warm water) suggests cold-sensitive allergic rhinitis. Avoid direct fan/AC after bath, use lukewarm water, and dry hair/nose area well. Ayurveda helps reduce this sensitivity with nasal therapies (Nasya) and immunity-boosting herbs. I suggest you consult me for a personalized plan.
