Your symptoms suggest Vata–Kapha imbalance leading to vasomotor/non-allergic rhinitis. Sudden temperature change during face washing or bathing triggers nasal hyper-reactivity.
Treatment:
Anu Taila – 2 drops in each nostril daily.
Steam inhalation 1–2 times/day.
Avoid cold exposure immediately after bathing.
Start Sitopaladi Churna with honey twice daily for a few days.

Running nose after bath (cold or warm water) suggests cold-sensitive allergic rhinitis.
Avoid direct fan/AC after bath, use lukewarm water, and dry hair/nose area well. Ayurveda helps reduce this sensitivity with nasal therapies (Nasya) and immunity-boosting herbs. I suggest you consult me for a personalized plan.
