The main thing in kids is low immunity. U have to improve the kids immunity swarnaprashana drops is very beneficient for improving kids immune system. Also good diet wherein avoid cold items and also keep child away from pollution and dusty areas. Foods rich in vitamin C will help a lot. Also proper hydration give him sufficient water to drink. Anu taila nasya is not advised in this age. Its better to administer bresol himalaya drops it helps a lot. Also give warm turmeric milk everyday in the night before going to bed.
