29. Male. 5'5". 74 kg.         I joined one public governance internship. But after 3 days of orientation I felt the idea of travelling to places and researching for work was overwhelming. I had difficulty performing daily and work activities. It felt like too much effort for too little pay. I also had no interest or emotion while daily living and working. Felt physically dry inside I also felt physically and mentally drained. It was too much to concentrate at the orientation.          I left that internship after 3 days and started staying at home being unproductive on social media. I had no plans of further education business or employment. What happened to me. Why I am not feeling like normal?

I have been facing problems with errosive gastritis for 1 year i used many allopathic medications but no use. I have a lot of burning sensation in my stomach along with gas and burping. Before 2 months another issue started nerves tingling,  numbness and burning sensation. Even i used meditation for that it gives relief for that particular period again the problem raises.

I did a fertility blood work and scan. My husband all reports normal. For me all the reports are normal expect for low Vitamin D around 8.5. I have normal 30day cycle and usually ovulate around 15-16. ie LH peaks around this time. Day 14 Scan results says thickened endometrium (16mm), one ovary normal the other one has haemorraghic cyst measuring around 1.5cm. And subserosal (anterior wall) fibroid measuring less than 2cm. I am getting heavy and sore breasts, one side uterus twinging right from 6dpo every time which I assume to be implantation signs but I end getting periods on time. Please let me know which affects fertility. We are trying for more than 2 years but no luck. Please help me with next steps.

I am 35 years old male. I am having diabetes from last 11 years. I had been masturbating atleast 2-3 times per day previously for atleast 4-5 years. My sugar levels are average of above 250 after meals. I had been suffering from erectile dysfunction and used to take Slifenafil 100mg or Tadalafil 10mg most of times. Previously my erection times were very satisfactory before taking these tablets. It used to 2 hours. Now it has been more than 6 months, am suffering from severe erectile dysfunction. I want to go for Ayurvedic medicine since I even tried homeopathy medicine but it didn't work properly. Please suggest a solution to get my 2-3 hours of timing back.

Hi Docs, Ihave been facing this issue of cervical spondylitis and dizziness anxiety from long done mri also mri of spine says degeneration of bones(Attached pic).Is anxiety related to that?Also i have tinnitus in left ear from past 6 years which becomes high at night and in morning. I was doing night shifts from past 2 years but now has to left this because of this problem resigned from job as of now right now doing bhamari pranayama 2 times and taking ashwagandha+shatavar churna as weight was also decreased 4 kgs in only 2 months. My question is this are these type of problems can be solved by ayurveda or by yoga meditation exercise and physiotherapy only?I am seeking good advice from you and will consult Thanks
