Neem it's a anti viral and anti bacterial property... Neem doesn't help you in clearing peptic ulcers...
Kindly visit nearest ayurvedic hospital with endoscopy investigations and get proper treatment....
When used without proper diagnosis, it causes side effects. So every drug should be taken under proper ayurvedic doctor care..
May be prevention is better than cure... But in such condition, use proper medications and after relieving such high condition and then think for remedies to maintain ur health condition.

Decoction of neem (10) leaves can be taken internally . It has got wound healing properties. It doesn’t have side effects. Or you can have Bhunimbadi khada 20 ml twice daily before food with 20ml of water, does same effect on peptic ulcer
Neem leaves are not for healing in ulceration but there is no harm in using this. Shall be used twice aweek. 10 leaves in a glass of water and consume when left 1/3rd.
Hi, you can chew Small tender neem leaves before food.
If your problem is severe you must visit an ayurvedic doctor.
Neen leaf alone will not help in any problem, your problem needs a course and few weeks to two to three months treatment based on your improvement.
There are no known side effects for neem leaves if taken properly as a course.
Yes, food is best medicine for most of the problems, hence try to start reducing - spicy oily foods

Yes, **neem leaves** have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and healing properties that *can support peptic ulcer healing*, especially by reducing *H. pylori* load and inflammation. However, they must be used **carefully**, because they can also **aggravate Pitta dosha**, which is usually already elevated in ulcer patients.
---
### ð¿ **Can Neem Leaves Help with Peptic Ulcers?**
Yes, neem may:
* Inhibit *Helicobacter pylori* (bacteria involved in ulcers)
* Reduce stomach inflammation
* Aid mucosal healing
* Act as an anti-acid and anti-bacterial
> A study in rats showed neem bark extract helped heal gastric ulcers by reducing acid secretion and enhancing mucosal defense.
---
### â ï¸ **But Neem Can Have Side Effects If Overused**:
Especially if taken **daily** and in **high doses**, it can cause:
* **Increased acidity or burning** (in sensitive individuals)
* **Liver strain** (in high doses or long-term use)
* **Nausea, diarrhea, or vomiting**
* **Aggravation of Pitta dosha** (heat, irritation, ulcers)
---
### â **If You Want to Use Neem Safely for Peptic Ulcer**:
You can consume **mild neem water** but follow these rules:
#### ð Neem Water (Gentle version for ulcers):
* **Neem leaves**: 4â5 **tender leaves** (not mature bitter ones)
* **Water**: 1.5 cups
* **Boil** for 5 minutes â **cool to lukewarm** and drink
* **Frequency**: 3 times a week (not daily)
* **Best time**: Empty stomach **before breakfast** or **before meals**
---
### ð¡ï¸ **To Balance Neem's Heat & Prevent Side Effects**:
You should combine neem with **cooling and healing herbs**. Hereâs what helps:
#### 1. **Add ****(*****hi)**:
* Soothes stomach lining
* Counters neemâs bitterness
* A pinch of licorice powder (¼ tsp) in warm water daily is excellent
#### 2. **Drink *******juice (unflavored)**:
* 20 ml ***** juice + 100 ml water
* Twice daily on empty stomach (morning and evening)
* Very soothing for ulcers
#### 3. **Coconut water or Tender coconut**:
* Very cooling and helps heal ulcers
* Consume once daily
---
### â **Avoid with Neem for Ulcers**:
* **Long-term daily use** (>10 days without gap)
* **Neem capsules** or extracts â theyâre too concentrated
* Using neem in hot weather or during acidity attacks
---
### â **Ayurvedic Alternatives Safer than Neem for Peptic Ulcer**:
If ulcers are active, it's **better** to use:
* *****churna (******powder)** â 1 tsp with ghee/honey
* *******powder** â 1 tsp with milk
* ********churna** â ½ tsp before meals (balances Pitta, acidity)
---
### ð Summary:

| Preparation | Boil in 1.5 cups water, drink lukewarm |
| Best time | Empty stomach or before meals |

Would you like a **full Ayurvedic routine (diet + herbs + lifestyle)** tailored to your peptic ulcer and digestion? I can help with that too.
Advice- Consult me for details.
Neem leaves will not help
1/2 teaspoon yashtimadhu churna
1/2 teaspoon shatavari churna (patanjali)
Mix and take twice a day
2 tabs kamadudha ras mouktik yukta twice a day
Take this for 15 days
Follow HAIP DIET
No heaty spices like ginger garlic chillies hing pepper, tea coffee etc and room temperature foods
Take yashtimadhu instead of neem it is best medicine for peptic ulcers it has healing properties by mans dhatu poshana... If you take yashtimadhu sidh ghee is much better for peptic acid
While neem leaves have several medicinal properties including anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects, they may not be suitable for daily consumption in cases of peptic ulcers, as they can sometimes irritate the gastric lining if used excessively
Next Steps
If you wish to try it, use 4–5 fresh neem leaves boiled in 1 glass of water, once a day
Health Tips
To reduce possible side effects, it is advised to avoid consuming neem on an empty stomach. You may also consider adding a pinch of turmeric or cumin to the boiled water to reduce its intensity and support digestion
Neem has antibacterial and Pitta-pacifying properties, but it's too strong and bitter for daily use in peptic ulcers, especially if taken alone. It may worsen dryness and increase Vata, delaying healing.
ð¹ If you still want to take it:
Use 2â3 tender neem leaves, boiled in 1 cup water, once every 2â3 days, not daily
Mix with licorice (Yashtimadhu) or Shatavari powder to reduce harshness and protect the stomach lining
â Better herbs for ulcers:
Yashtimadhu (Licorice)
Shatavari
Amlapitta Mishran
Triphala with ghee
Neem is helpful but must be used carefully in ulcer cases. For safe results, consult directly for a personalised plan.
