Find out the cause of eye problem. Do u have more screen time, stress, dry eye?
If so I can definitely advice some rejuvenation therapy for eye and also a few eye exercise..which is helpful not only to cure, but also to prevent it from recurring in future.

Based on your detailed symptoms â **extreme eye fatigue**, **heavy and burning eyes**, **sleepy and puffy eyes after waking**, **intermittent blurry vision**, **pain around the eyes**, and **photosensitivity (daylight sensitivity)** â hereâs a focused Ayurvedic and modern understanding of the possible root causes and best solutions:
---
### ð **Root Cause Analysis**
1. **Chronic Eye Fatigue & Vision Fluctuation**
* Likely due to **excessive screen time**, **irregular sleep**, or **dry eyes (computer vision syndrome)**.
* Intermittent blurry vision suggests **accommodation spasm** or **dryness**, not a stable refractive error.
2. **Pain Around Eyes / Eye Bone**
* Could be from **chronic sinusitis** or **referred tension from neck/forehead muscles**.
* Sinus pressure often causes **eye socket or brow bone pain**, worse in the **morning**.
3. **Daylight Sensitivity**
* Strongly linked with **dry eyes**, **sinus inflammation**, or even **subtle photophobia from migraines**.
4. ******Use**
* Great choice! ******* taken internally is a powerful rasayana (rejuvenator) for eye health, but you may need additional external support.
