I had lasik surgery in 2016. Due to antibiotic eye drops i got infection on eyelids which caused them to be irritated. Along with that I get eye strain and pain during evening. Allopathic drops are not providing me relief and lubricants are not helping with evening eye pain and strain. Is there any safest ayurvedic treatment or eye drops which I can use? My eyes have become very sensitive and even homeopathic eye drops are causing me foreign particle feeling in eyes. Please suggest something

Eyes are sensitive organ, after Lasik proper post op care should be taken. Allopathic eye drops are not working for you. We need to diagnose your vataj pittaj or kaphaj type of symptoms and the consider proper eye drop for that. Aschotan and tarpan are good options for that.

Your symptoms suggest chronic ocular surface sensitivity post-LASIK, possibly aggravated by long-term topical medications. Ayurveda offers gentle yet effective support through Anjana (collyrium), Netra Tarpana (eye rejuvenation therapy), and herbal drops like Itone or Isotine under supervision.
Avoid self-use of any drops as your eyes are sensitive. Consult an Ayurvedic ophthalmologist for personalized care and safe internal support to reduce inflammation and strengthen ocular nerves.
