Although there are mixed suggestions, I feel it's not recommended to do Triphala eye wash as it contain citric acid of amla ( c vitamin)/ astringent nature which aggravate dryness . You  can try 2 to three drops of Anu tailam or thriphala gritham in each nostril. Netra vasthi under doctor supervisor

After LASIK, dryness of eyes is a common long-term complaint. Triphala eye wash is a traditional practice, but in post-LASIK eyes, the corneal surface is more sensitive. Using raw/home-prepared washes can sometimes cause irritation or infection. 👉 My advice: Avoid self-prepared eye washes. Use only sterile, doctor-prescribed lubricating drops regularly. Triphala can be taken internally (in prescribed form) for general eye health, but external washes should be done only under supervision. For safe Ayurvedic support in dry eyes, kindly consult me directly so I can guide you with the right formulations and regimen.
