Yeah..... Ayurveda helps in curing acid reflux issue. In Ayurveda, it is almost relatable to Urdhwagata Amlapitta and most drugs like Laghusutasekhara ras, Bhaskara lavana churnam, etc , can be useful..... But it takes time to get cured... Go to the nearby ayurvedic physician get proper diagnosis and management....

Namaste, Your symptoms—lump in throat, dry cough, and recurring reflux despite PPIs—suggest chronic Amlapitta (acid-peptic imbalance) with upward movement of Pitta and Vata. Ayurvedic Suggestions for Long-Term Relief: 1. Key Ayurvedic Medicines (under guidance): Avipattikar Churna – balances stomach acid Kamdudha Ras (with Mukta) – soothes Pitta, reduces burning Sootshekhar Ras – supports digestion and reduces reflux Yashtimadhu Churna – heals throat and esophagus lining 2. Diet Tips: Avoid spicy, fried, sour, fermented, tea/coffee, late meals Prefer: warm, light meals like khichdi, lauki, moong dal Include: soaked raisins, jeera water, and small amounts of cow ghee 3. Lifestyle: Early dinner (before 7:30 pm) Don’t lie down immediately after meals Regular sleep routine; reduce screen time before bed Daily walk and gentle yoga (no forward bends after meals) You’ll need a customised treatment plan to correct the root imbalance and heal the gut lining. I recommend consulting me directly for proper Ayurvedic evaluation.
