GERD Acid reflux treatment
Hi, is there any ayurvedic treatment for GERD/ acid reflux. Have been taking medicines since last 4 years, sick and tired of it as the issue still persist

Lifestyle and dietic habits are the prime reasons now a days for GERD. In some cases Stress also plays a major role in the pathogenesis of GERD. So, the causative factor should be evaluated and treated accordingly.

You can get wonderful treatment in Ayurved for the same. Suggest to consult Ayurvedic doctor, you can also consult me.   There are few questions, need ans for the same. Since you are suffering for last 4 years proper treatment is required considering dosh aggregation.  For time being you can start with Avipattikar churn 1 spoon (4 to 5 gm) with fresh normal water half an before food in morning and evening. Dont forget to consult the doctor for proper treatment.
