Your symptoms—high Pitta, low Agni, constipation, mouth ulcers, and weak digestion—point to an imbalanced Pitta-Vata condition with Mandagni (low digestive fire). Here’s a basic Ayurvedic guideline to help: 🌿 Diet Tips Eat light, cooling, and easily digestible food – Rice, moong dal, bottle gourd, ash gourd, pomegranate Avoid spicy, sour, fermented, oily, and fried foods Take warm water, no cold drinks or raw salads Use cumin, fennel, coriander in cooking to balance Pitta and boost digestion 🌿 Simple Remedies Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp at night with warm water (helps with ulcers & digestion) Triphala Churna – 1 tsp at bedtime in warm water (for mild, natural bowel clearance) Fresh aloe vera juice – 20 ml on empty stomach (cooling & Pitta balancing) 🧘‍♂️ Lifestyle Eat meals on time, don’t overeat Practice Sheetali pranayama (cooling breath) Sleep before 10 PM Avoid screen exposure after dinner Please consult me directly so I can give you a personalized plan with Ayurvedic medicines, diet, and lifestyle to restore your Agni and balance Pitta-Vata effectively.

Your symptoms show liver dysfunction for which proper herbal formulations can help.  As a simple measure you can start tab haritaki 2 tabs post dinner . If you yet feel you are constipated, you can increase to 2 tabs after lunch and dinner. This is not a treatment for your condition as a deeper analysis is required for proper guidance. Follow HAIP DIET based on the anti-inflammatory principles of Ayurveda to reduce Inflammation and improve liver health by improving all the  three detoxification processes of the liver.
Next Steps
FOLLOW HAIP DIET and consult if required

As an Ayurveda doctor, your symptoms indicate a classic imbalance involving reduced digestive strength with simultaneous accumulation of Pitta dosha. Here’s an expert Ayurvedic approach: Ayurvedic Understanding Low Agni causes incomplete digestion, ama (toxicity), and sluggish bowels. High Pitta leads to burning sensations, mouth ulcers, acidity, irritability, and sometimes loose stools alternating with constipation. The combination can create “Vishama Agni” (irregular digestion), predisposing to weak bowel movement, ulcers, and discomfort. Essential Recommendations 1. Dietary Guidelines Favor Cooling and Soothing Foods: Opt for soft-cooked rice, moong dal (mung beans), steamed vegetables like gourds, pumpkin, carrots; plenty of lightly cooked greens. Avoid Pitta-Aggravating Foods: Minimize spicy, sour, salty, fried, and very hot foods; avoid pickles, tomatoes, vinegar, coffee, strong teas, onions, garlic. Increase Digestibility: Use simple spices: small amounts of cumin, coriander, and fennel. Avoid chilies and black pepper. Eat Small, Frequent Meals: Prevent overburdening your Agni. Focus on freshly cooked, warm, and moist foods. Natural Laxatives: Add soaked raisins, stewed prunes, or a little ghee (clarified butter) to food—these gently lubricate and ease bowels. 2. Lifestyle Suggestions Maintain Routine: Eat meals at regular times every day to retrain your Agni. Stay Hydrated: Sip room-temperature or slightly warm water through the day. Avoid icy drinks. Relaxation: Practice gentle yoga or walks after meals; Vajrasana (sitting on heels) for 5-10min post-meal aids digestion. Avoid Suppressing Natural Urges: This is especially true for stool, urine, and gas. 3. Ayurvedic Herbs and Remedies Consult your local Ayurvedic physician before starting new remedies, but these are commonly used: Avipattikar Churna: A gentle herbal formula to reduce Pitta and support bowel movements. Triphala Churna: 1-2g with warm water at bedtime can help with gentle laxation and healing the gut. Licorice (Yashtimadhu) powder: Known for its cooling and mucosal healing effect (especially benefical for mouth ulcers). Ghee: 1-2tsp daily, either in food or warm milk at night, helps lubricate intestines and pacifies Pitta. 4. Mouth Ulcer Local Care Rinse mouth with coconut oil or cooling herbal mouthwashes (containing yashtimadhu/licorice or amla) 2-3 times daily. Apply a pinch of powdered mulethi (licorice) or a paste of honey and sandalwood to ulcer spots for quick relief. You are starting new herbs for the first time (especially if you have allergies, chronic disease, or are pregnant). Core Principles Pacify Pitta with cool, gentle, sweet foods and avoid all forms of heat and irritants. Kindle Agni slowly: overuse of strong spices or abrupt changes worsen symptoms—stick to gentle warming herbs and a steady routine. Regular Review: Ayurvedic healing takes time. Periodic follow-ups with your Ayurveda doctor are advised to adjust medicines and approach as you improve. Your condition can be managed and improved with the right, consistent Ayurvedic regimen and lifestyle. Don’t hesitate to ask your doctor for customized formulations and on-the-spot guidance as your system regains balance.

Consult an Ayurvedic physician before starting new remedies,
