I have consulted here Ayurveda doctor after they checked my both hand pulse they said i have high pitta and vatta.
My symptoms are after every time I eat my stomach get bloated. Most of the time it gets bloated why's is it so?? Which makes me discomfort feeling.. Even after went to toliet I ts like incompleteness feels again it come then agin I go to toilet. Not feel free at my intestine areas. Too much sweating and tired low concentration issues face colour too much dark compared to body. Too much wrinkled and dry skin

Flatulence or intestinal gas is the state of having excessive stomach and/or intestinal gas (waste gas produced during digestion) that is usually released from the anus with sound and/or odor.
CAUSES

They are digested by microorganisms in the gut known as gut flora, which produce methane. When the complex carbohydrates reach the lower intestine, bacteria feed on them and produce gas. 8.Lactose intolerance: When people consume food that contains lactose, such as milk, and lack the enzymes to break it down, the bacteria feed on the lactose. In some people, this produces large amounts of gas. 9.Celiac disease: Intolerance to the protein gluten means that some people have excessive flatulence when they consume barley, wheat, and rye. 10. Artificial sweeteners: Sorbitol and mannitol are found in candies, chewing-gums, and sugar-free sweet foods. Some people develop diarrhea, gas or both when they consume these substances. 11. Fiber supplements: Adding these too rapidly to the diet can cause flatulence, especially if they contain psyllium. 12. Carbonated drinks: Fizzy drinks and beer may cause a build-up of gas in the intestinal tract.

As per the symptoms I have told I understand that u have an imbalance in vata Dosha . Actually it s a chain of events I.e. whatever u consume is not getting digested well and that in turn is not getting evacuated properly from ur body . There s a metabolism correction needed in ur case . Pls consult online so that I can analyze some more things n give apt treatment.

Langhana ( keep habit of fasting once a week)
Pachana ( take light foods like more of fiber rich and fruits and veggies in ur diet ) veg soups
Further I can give u diet but I ll have to speak to you for better suggestions .
Chew ur food and then swallow.
Drink water in between.
Concentrate on what ur eating.
Reduce spices,oily food.
Eat more vegetables cooked/ raw in ur meals. Avoid too much soft food ,maida food,bakery items, non veg.
U take laghusuthashekara rass 2 tab twice a day before food.
Amlapittantaka Ras 2 tab twice a day after food.
Drink 3 to 4 ltrs of water per day.
Walk for 2 km min. / Day.or work out exercises yoga......
