The pitta what you observe may be SAMA PITTA , where the pitta is associated with aama [toxins] which in turns disturbing the agni . The headache also suggestive of your improper agni . Constipation results to Apana vata disturbance this again disturb your metabolism. The treatment plan includes aama haranam [removal of toxin ] , igniting agni [ deepana ] , vata anulomana [ bring back the vata in its normal direction] .By this your digestion gets normal and dathu parinama will attain [proper nourishment of tissue element ]
