If you have any panchkarma centers nearby you then go through the shodhana process, if you don't prefer panchkarma procedures then you must take medicines for at least 2-3 months with proper diet and lifestyle.
If you really want to reverse the excess pitta in the body then you need proper classical shodhan (like classical virechan therapy) and diet management. After this there is no need for medicines
Firstly go for virechan treatment in your near panchkarma clinic!
Virechan ( induced motions)/will decrease your pitta in One go!
Take
Sootshekhar ras + kamdudha tablets in evening And night

Take gulkand 3-4 times everyday!

Wake up early!
Avoid outside oily spicy raw foods!
Take amla daily Or dhatriavaleha
Go for meditation
Wear a particular kind of soothing itra( Not perfume Or deo) daily!
Wear a mala if you are religious!
