How to remove pitta dosha without medicine. Or do I take compulsory medicine. Kindly suggest??
I have body odur, digestive issues like late digestive process, bloated stomach, sweating face and neck and hand unnecessarily.

As per my view about your query..
I like to advise to consult an Authentic Ayurveda Doctor near by your location or you should have ti get online regular consultation.
I like to advise to take medicines initially and after you get relief you should have to take precaution for food habit and daily routine to avoid this issue in future.
Please start the following Medicines till you can get another consultation...
1. Avipattikar churna 1 gram twice a day
2. Acitra Syrup 10 ml thrice a day
3. Kamdudha ras 2 tabs twice a day
4. Dadimavleha or audumbaravleha 5 grams thrice a day.
Diet :
Avoid Fermented and stale food
Avoid food from outside selling
Avoid Curd, Buttermilk, Lemon all sour and salty food,
Avoid Oily and fried food
I also advise you to have such Panchkarma therapies for fast recovery

Basti karma
Virechan karma
Shirodharakarma
Positive thinking always helps to get fast recovery..
