Pitta dosha
Hi I have pitta dosha symptoms like I get angry and become rash suddenly, I get irritated for small sound or noise , mood swings also acidity. Please suggest the permanent solution for this.

Hi there! Please start your day with something which balance your pitta dosha. For example try herbal tea made up of coriander seeds and will rake care of your digestion. Do some prnayam like sitli which helps to bring down your irritation and will make you calm. Keep yourself hydrated.

Hi, firstly you need to know that these symptoms of yours are normal pitta prakriti individuals may experience these kinds of symptoms you need to set your food habits according to your dosha eat sheeta virya (cold) food mostly and avoid spicy and acidic food avoid oily food avoid curd eating at night You can try bel juice or khas- khas  juice for internal heat  No need to take any medicine
