Pitta dosha increased
My pitta has increased so much that . I cant cosume tea . I cant remain hungry for long as i feel like bitter vomiting taste in mouth . I start migraine headache if pitta increases . Taking warm food starts period breeding . Grey hair . Pain in abdomen spcly on right side . Drowsiness . Constipation too often Suggest some medicines or remedies pls

First u avoid coffee / tea drinking . Drink lemon juice,tendercoconut water or buttermilk . Also millet malt can be a best substitute .
