Have you done any endoscopy?
Body pain - can you specify how many painful region present in body ?
How many times erection occurs during sleep ?
Other things can be managed with panchkarma especially virechan and upkarma shirodhara
And for ed you can do Kegel’s exercise and pelvis floor exercises
Ed is more over psychological disease except you dont have any penile muscles fracture or some other pathologies associated with.
So dont worry about these things we need to work one by one
