I m having digestive distress bloat sometimes mushy stools sometimes normal and more anxiety since 1 yr drs say it's IBS I have done lot allopathy ayurvedic etc and whenever my periods approaches it becomes worse some say it might b Sutaka vayu dosha if it's this then wat r its remedies I have one elder daughter of 6yrs and 2yr old younger daughter both normal deliveries ... now its been 2 yr after my second delivery can we do it's remedies now ? Pls suggest

You seemed to be more stressed as your condition may worsen with the worry.
Pl call down first. High stress and worry will increase this health problem.
You must try some basic digestives like Ginger and Jaggery in equal quantity, crushed and made into a small ball and had 10 minutes before meals. Use hot water or jeera water along with meals.
You may also have ginger water alternatively for good results.
