What are the ways to remove excess gas?
What are the ways to remove excess gas? I am looking for foods other than garlic and  ginger. Are there any other foods that can remove excess gas from stomach? Looking for answers from ayurveda and sidha.

If you have excess gas then drink water when you feel gas. Second do not eat red and green chilli in your samber and other foods. Third do not eat ginger and garlic when you feel gas because ginger and garlic have garm taseer and when you have already gas then you eat ginger and garlic then it will increase your gas more .

Excess gas formation can be due to irregular food intake, food like sambar dal, potato, rajma, channa dal, pea nuts etc. Late night sleep and day sleep can also cause bloating.

water boiled with ajwain seeds, curry leaves and jeera with butter milk can reduce gas formation.

Do yoga daily Avoid spicy,masala foods Take food on time Take Ajwain or jeera boiled water for drinking You can use hing added food also
