Avoid pitta and vata aggrevating food like Toor daal, urad daal, chhole, rajma, bakery products and curd. You can use buttermilk with slight saindhav lavan and bhuna jeera after lunch to improve digestion. Chew 1 tsp of jeera after every meal. Avoid late night dinner, fried and spicy food. For a proper ayurvedic treatment please consult to a good ayurvedic physician.

Its very normal. Have an acceptance virtue, the body takes it's own time and method to recover. As your body has gone through operative changes and the Vayu - air in the abdominal cavity has found a new line of flow (though done with laparoscopy), it would take some time to settle down. The best you can do is walk or exercise and meditate. Also, a bit of small laxation, like once or twice, a week, is advisable. you can have it with Erandbhrishta Haritaki Churna or tabs. Secondly, eat small and light in digestion food. this is very important. Also should add some liver tonic to your prescription in the form of Lavana.
