According to your problem, you should take Amla powder 2 gm along with Avipattikar powder 2 gm and Muktashukti 125 mg before meals. You can take light food. 5 ml of ghee can be taken in the morning and evening so that there will be no problem due to your pitta. Do not take fried and sour food. Take light food in the evening.

Looks like youre suffering from hyperacidity and indigestion due to mandagni so first you should go for deepana and pachana and stop taking those lavana based medicines. Start taking Chitrakadi vati -2-0-2(A/F) and Ampachak vati - 2-0-2(A/F). For loose motions u can take Bilvadi gutika-1-0-1.
Health Tips
Advice: 1) Do not eat spicy, oily or heavy diet. 2)Sleep on time. 3)Do pawanamuktasana, bhramari pranayama and dhanurasana. 4)Avoid outside junk food.

I understand how distressing this must feel 💔 — what you’ve described is actually **a classic pattern of “Tikshna Pitta” with Manda Agni** (🔥 excess pitta + weak digestive fire), which is **very different** from the usual “manda agni” caused by kapha. 👉 In this situation, **pungent, salty and heating medicines** like * *****Churna** * **********Churna** …will **indeed aggravate your Pitta** — causing **loose motions, burning, acne, acidity**, and mental agitation. So your body needs **“Deepana” (digestive fire–kindling)** that is **cooling / bitter / astringent** in nature — not hot and pungent. ✅ --- ### 🌿 Best Ayurvedic Deepana Medicines for Low Agni + High Pitta #### 1. ******Satva** (Giloy Satva) — Cooling Deepana 🌿 * Dose: 250–500 mg twice daily with plain or cool water, **empty stomach or before meals**. * Properties: Bitter, cooling, enhances digestive fire gently **without aggravating Pitta**. * Also supports skin, immunity, and liver function. ✅ This is one of the best options for your condition. --- #### 2. ******** (Arishta of Musta / Nutgrass) * Dose: 10–15 ml with equal water twice daily **after meals**. * Actions: Deepana–Pachana, light, cooling. * Useful in **loose stools, IBS, indigestion** with high pitta. --- #### 3. *****Pancha** or ******Ras** (Pitta-Shamak) * Low dose (as advised): helps cool excess pitta while gently supporting Agni. * Often combined with Giloy Satva for good effect. --- #### 4. **Bitter Herbs Useful for Agni Without Heat** * **Musta** (Cyperus rotundus) * **Kutki** (Picrorhiza kurroa) — small dose only, as it’s strong. * **Guduchi** (Tinospora cordifolia) 👉 These can be taken as *****(----- twice daily) with **cool water** or as decoction (kadha) — but under supervision if digestion is very weak. --- ### 🍽️ Dietary Measures to Support Cooling Deepana * Eat **small, warm but not spicy meals** regularly. * Use **ghee** (not oil) in cooking — it supports agni **without aggravating pitta**. * Avoid **pungent, sour, salty foods**, fermented items, chillies, vinegar, and excessive citrus. * Favour **bitter & astringent vegetables** — bottle gourd, ridge gourd, coriander, methi, drumstick leaves, etc. * Drink **coriander-cumin-fennel water** (mild infusion) through the day — naturally deepana but cooling. --- ### 🚫 Avoid (Common Mistakes) * Trikatu, lavan bhaskar, hingvastak in active pitta flare * Fasting or skipping meals * Spicy herbal churnas or too much ginger * Fermented food / sour curd 👉 This combination gently rekindles Agni without triggering pitta and often helps stabilize digestion and skin symptoms within weeks. --- 📌 **Important:** Since your pitta is already high and digestion is low, it’s essential to **start low dose** and **not take multiple hot deepana herbs together**. If your loose stools are chronic, there may be mild grahani or IBS-pitta type — which responds well to this kind of *mridu deepana* (gentle kindling). --- If you tell me **how many motions per day you have** and **if there’s burning or mucus**, I can tailor the dosage more precisely for you 🙏🌿 Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.

Better to have warm water . Avoid food items of wheat and oil. Take Bhunimbadi khada 20ml twice daily before food and Sutashekhara rasa thrice daily with water after food.Maintain your Agni with light diet. Take 2nd food only after digestion of first food. Avoid salads.

Since you are pitta dominant these formulations will not work for you. You also need to understand that there is no magic formulation that will remove your ailments from the root. The thing that will benefit you the most is switching to HAIP DIET based on the anti-inflammatory principles of Ayurveda.  You can also take yashtimadhu churna mixed with shatavari churna 1:2 ratio 1/2 teaspoon morning empty stomach and before going to bed. Your agni will be corrected with the diet itself. You can consult for further guidance.  Consultation valid for 30 days

How did u confirm that ur pitta is high and agni is low....?? Come on.... 1. Loose motions is an act of Aggaravated mechanism of Apana vata ?? Rule out the cause ?? 2. Acne - In ayurveda its called as Youavana Pidaka again it's a VATAKAPHAJA dosha involvement. 3. Acidity - It's an sour form of pitta (it's general pathogenesis)... Now coming to the types of acidity examination (whether it is epigastric pain or bloating of the stomach or heaviness of the stomach) 4. Coming to Low Agni - It is a Kapha prakopaka condition.... 5. For Kapha - Use Katu dravya pradhana oushadhi's 6. For pitta pradhana - Use Madhura Tiktaka dravyas. 7. For vata pradhana - Use Madhura Amla Lavana I feel like u have great knowledge about what is vata, what is pitta and what is kapha... Now get to the conclusion without consultation

When pitta is high and agni is low, pungent & salty medicines can worsen symptoms. You need pitta-friendly digestion enhancers like Guduchi, Musta, or Avipattikar-type formulations that balance pitta while improving agni. Avoid self-medication — I suggest you consult me for a personalized and safe plan to restore digestion without aggravating pitta.
