Reset gut health
Hi, I want to reset my gut health. I had been under allopathic, homeopathic, ayurvedic medicines for various reasons for past many years in different time spans. However, now I feel extremely bloated, no natural urge for food, indigestion issues and mostly constipation. Is it possible to improve my gut health, with diet changes and some herbs like CCF tea, medicated ghee? Body type:- Pitta dominated

Bloating, constipation, indigestion issues, anorexia, -- usually it is due to Agnimandhya or it is Aruchi or it is due to Apana vata dysfunction. Step 1 - correct your agni Medicines like lavana bhaskara churnam, hingwastaka churnam, Avipattikara churnam etc., will help in this condition. This will clear bloating, constipation, indigestion issues, anorexia. Step - 2 If still constipation persists, u have go for basti (enema) therapy which will soften your bowel and helps to relieve constipation. Hi.. U have mentioned your age as 23yrs. If it's so since how long have you been suffering? At this age it's quite uncommo  and can be more than metabolism issue . Please check your thyroid profile and get back. We can definitely treat it with colontherapy and also a few medicines might be required to correct it.

Yes, it's **absolutely possible to reset and heal your gut health**—even after years of heavy medication—**with a focused Ayurvedic approach** that includes diet, herbs, medicated ghee, and daily routine adjustments. Since you're **Pitta-dominant**, and showing signs of **Ama (toxins), Agni (digestive fire) imbalance, and Apana Vata dysfunction** (causing constipation), the treatment must be **soothing, detoxifying, and Agni-enhancing without aggravating Pitta**. --- ## 🌿 Main Goals: 1. **Kindle Agni (digestive fire)** 2. **Eliminate Ama (toxins)** 3. **Restore Apana Vata (lower digestive flow)** 4. **Soften and lubricate the gut** 5. **Soothe Pitta and nourish gut lining** --- ## ✅ Step-by-Step Gut Reset Plan (Ayurveda + Diet) ### 🔹 **1. Morning Routine – Wake & Flush** * **Warm water with ***or dry ***** – 1 glass on waking (no honey for now, it can aggravate Pitta). * Option: Add a pinch of ******powder** (1/4 tsp) or 1 tsp of ******oil** in warm water **once/twice a week** to ease constipation. --- ### 🔹 **2. CCF Tea – Daily Digestive Reset** (***+ ****+ ****) * Boil 1/2 tsp each in 2–3 cups of water. Simmer 10 minutes. Sip warm throughout the day. * Helps reduce bloating, rekindles Agni, and soothes Pitta. --- ### 🔹 **3. Medicated Ghee – Restore Mucosa + Lubricate Colon** Start with *****Ghee** or *****Ghrita**: * Dose: 1/2 tsp on empty stomach in morning OR with warm water at bedtime. * Take for 3 weeks, rest 1 week, then repeat if needed. 💡 Avoid plain ghee initially if digestion is weak—**use only medicated ghee**. --- ### 🔹 **4. Food Plan (Pitta-Balancing, Gut-Healing Diet)** | ✅ Eat | ❌ Avoid | | --------------------------------- | --------------------------------- | | Warm, soft foods (khichdi, soups) | Raw vegetables, salads, sprouts | | Steamed veg: lauki, pumpkin | Tomatoes, spicy food, fried items | | Moong dal, rice, jeera tadka | Wheat (in excess), paneer, cheese | | Cow ghee in food | Curd, buttermilk (for now) | | Soaked raisins, figs, dates | Refined sugar, tea/coffee | | Cooked apples, pears | Citrus, pineapple, sour fruits | --- ### 🔹 **5. Mid-Morning Digestive Tonic (Optional)** * ******juice** or *****(wood apple) juice** (if you feel acid/heat) – natural gut cooler + appetite booster. * Add a pinch of ****or *****powder. --- ### 🔹 **6. Key Ayurvedic Herbs for You (Safe, Gentle, Pitta-Friendly)** #### ✅ *Before meals* (for Agni): * *******churna** – 1/4 tsp with warm water or ghee before lunch/dinner (relieves gas + strengthens digestion). #### ✅ *After meals* (to digest Ama and reduce bloating): * ****** churna** – 1/4 tsp with warm water at night (balances Pitta, eases acid, helps bowel movement). #### ✅ *Nighttime colon reset*: * ******powder** – 1/4 to 1/2 tsp with warm water or Triphala Ghrita at bedtime. * Or ******with warm water + ghee** at night (1 tsp psyllium + 1 tsp ghee). --- ### 🔹 **7. Gut-Healing Practices** * **Abhyanga (self oil massage)** – 3x/week with warm ****oil or ****oil – calms Vata, improves digestion. * **Mild yoga daily** – Pawanmuktasana, Vajrasana after meals, Apanasana – helps gas and bowel movement. * **Breathwork**: 5 mins **Anulom Vilom** + 10 slow deep breaths daily. --- ## 🧪 How Long to Follow? * **First 21 days**: Diet + CCF tea + ***/****+ medicated ghee. * Then reassess. Most people feel lighter, clearer, and regain hunger within 2–3 weeks. * After that, you can maintain with **lighter versions of these remedies**. --- ## ✅ Summary: Yes, you can **fully reset your gut health naturally**. A consistent, gentle approach with **CCF tea, ***Ghrita, a warm pitta-pacifying diet, and daily gut-soothing routines** will heal years of imbalance. Give it at least **3–6 weeks**, and you’ll see your appetite, clarity, and digestion come back. --- Would you like a **day-by-day 7-day gut reset plan** with meal and herb timings? I can make one personalized for your Pitta body type. Advice Consult us for details...
