You can give vrukshadanyadi churnam water to drink in place of normal water. Just boil 1 teaapoon churna in 1 litre water and strain it. Let him drink this water throughout the day after cooling it. Make sure to monitor bp as this water has a diuretic effect as a well. Continue with the other medications as well.

Hello, and thank you for providing this important information. If your father’s report shows **chronic UTI (urinary tract infection) in the left kidney** along with an **irregular contour of the left kidney**, it likely indicates **chronic pyelonephritis** or **scarring due to repeated infections or poor circulation** in the kidney. --- ### 🚨 Is it Dangerous? It can be **concerning**, especially because: * An **irregular kidney contour** usually means structural damage or scarring. * **Chronic UTI** may lead to reduced kidney function if not treated. * Your father already has **multiple comorbidities (BP, heart, diabetes)** which can further burden kidney function. However, **if only one kidney is affected mildly and the other is functioning well**, it is **manageable** — but **needs regular monitoring** (creatinine, urea, urine routine, USG every few months). --- ## 🔍 Ayurvedic View: In Ayurveda, this condition resembles **"Mutravaha Srotodushti" (urinary channel damage)** and possibly **"Vrikka Vikara" (kidney disease)** due to: * Chronic **Pitta and Kapha aggravation** * Srotorodha (blockage of urinary microchannels) * Weak Agni and Ama accumulation --- ## 🌿 Ayurvedic Medicines for Chronic UTI and Kidney Support: ### ✅ 1. ******** – 1 tablet twice daily after meals * Reduces swelling, supports kidney function, helps in anemia, improves urination. ### ✅ 2. ********** – 2 tablets twice daily after meals * Classic formulation for UTIs, kidney infection, and bladder issues. ### ✅ 3. *****Vati** – 2 tablets twice daily after meals * Acts as urinary antiseptic, reduces infection, helps in diabetes-related urinary issues too. ### ✅ 4. ****Kashayam or Tablet** (like ****) – 15 ml with 60 ml warm water before meals * Very effective in kidney inflammation, stones, and infections. ### ✅ 5. ****or ******** (if scarring or stone-like changes are suspected). --- ## 🥣 Diet & Lifestyle for Kidney Health: ### ✅ Eat: * Warm, easily digestible foods: dal, red rice, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pumpkin. * Barley water (Yavagu) — cleanses urinary tract. * Coriander water (soak dhania seeds overnight, boil and strain). * Ghee in small amount – helps detoxify kidneys. * Moringa (drumstick leaves) soup in moderation – kidney booster. ### ❌ Avoid: * Spicy, oily, sour, pickles, tomatoes, curd, junk food. * Excess salt and sugar. * Cold drinks and dairy. --- ## 🧘‍♂️ Supportive Lifestyle: * Ensure he empties his bladder regularly (don't hold urine). * Encourage mild walking if strength allows. * Reduce stress (helps control BP and sugar which indirectly supports kidneys). --- ## 🧪 Also Monitor: * Blood urea, serum creatinine, eGFR, urine routine every 3–4 months. * BP and sugar should be tightly controlled (they are root causes of kidney damage). --- ## ✅ Summary: An **irregular contour** in the left kidney due to **chronic UTI** suggests structural damage but **is not immediately life-threatening** if managed properly. **Ayurvedic medicines like *****, ***Gu**ggulu, and ***Vati** can help prevent further damage and improve urinary function. Always combine with dietary care and continue modern monitoring. Would you like me to create a **simple day-wise medicine + diet chart** for him tailored to his conditions (BP, sugar, etc.)? It’s important to understand what’s causing the irregular contour of the left kidney—it could be due to age-related changes, previous infection, scarring, cysts, or other structural abnormalities. In most cases, it is not immediately dangerous, but it should not be ignored. Since you’ve mentioned that reports are attached, please upload them so I can review and guide you better. For personalized Ayurvedic advice and safe support, kindly consult me directly with full details of his condition, current medications, and overall health status.
