Hard stools with blood indicate chronic constipation with possible anal fissures. Even with water, fiber & medicines, stools may remain hard if digestion & vata imbalance persist. Ayurveda can help soften stools, heal fissures, and prevent recurrence with diet, ghee, medicated oils & herbal formulations. I suggest you consult me for a personalized plan.
