Ayurveda relates this to Asthi-Majjagat Vata vikara (bone & nerve disorder due to aggravated Vata). Goal is Vata shaman + strengthening bones/nerves.

Need more information to comment 1) Age of patient 2) weight of patient 3) co morbidities like bp,diabetes, heart disease etc 4) degree of lysthesis whether it's grade 1,2 or 3 5) is this a retrolysthesis 6) extend of neurological involvement like status of deep tendon reflexes, deegree of muscle wasting, power/ strength loss etc
Next Steps
if it is grade 3 lysthesis with neurological deficit and if the spinal canal AP diameter is below 6.5 mm, then better to proceed with surgery otherwise proper admitted ayurvedic treatment can alleviate symptoms and reduce chance of neurological deficit. There is no 100% cure but the quality of life can be enhanced significantly.
Health Tips
consult an ayurvedic doctor specialised in orthopedic conditions and consult an orthopedic surgeon to rule out surgery.

The symptoms you have mentioned are just a sign of a graver concern which is hidden inflammation and degenerative changes due to it.  The concern here is all modern treatment modalities focus on addressing the symptoms but the right way is to find the root cause and work on correcting that. There could be numerous reasons for the pain she is observing like autoimmunity,  gut imbalance, ibs, liver dysfunction lack key vitamins, hyperparathyroidism etc. That being said, finding the root cause requires detailed case taking and proper HAIP Root Cause Analysis based on key blood tests. We can definitely get good results here but what is required is commitment and dedication to the treatment plan which involves following HAIP DIET and taking prescribed  herbs and supplements. If you feel you can make her do these things we can definitely work together. You can read my article on this portal which will give you some idea of how things can be healed with Ayurveda.

Spondylolisthesis with spinal stenosis and neurogenic claudication needs proper care. Ayurveda can help reduce pain, stiffness & nerve compression with Panchakarma (kati basti, basti therapy), medicines, and lifestyle changes. Natural remedies alone may not be enough. I suggest you consult me for a personalized treatment plan.
