Consult your nearby vaidya who knows how to perform vidhakarma and aganikarma. You also consult with the panchakarma expert but I advise you not to seek treatment at hospitals that rely solely on insurance-based treatments. Instead, if possible, visit a hospital that is affiliated with an Ayurveda college and has an active Panchakarma practice. This will ensure that you receive authentic Ayurvedic care with experienced practitioners. I hope your mother get well soon.

For L4-L5 disc bulge and nerve issues, try: Ayurvedic Medicines Trayodashang Guggulu & Yograj Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily. Maharasnadi Kwath – 10 ml twice daily. Ashwagandha & Shatavari Churna – ½ tsp each with warm milk at night. Bala Taila massage on the spine and legs. Panchakarma (If Possible) Kati Basti, Abhyanga, Basti for spinal health. Diet & Lifestyle Calcium-rich foods, warm herbal teas, avoid cold/spicy foods. Gentle yoga, correct posture, hot fomentation with rock salt. Mustard oil massage, Epsom salt foot soak for nerve relaxation. This can help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support nerve health.
