Please note that currently your daughter is in an acute stage and hence showing her to a proper dermatologist for immediate relief is very important because if notorious allergies are not given immediate care they can turn devastating. After that you need to fully evaluate what she has been eating ,applying on skin or being exposed to in any form which could have triggered this. Rule out herpes or any other infectious skin diseases after consultation with dermatologist. In addition to dermats prescription start with HAIP DIET based on the anti-inflammatory principles of Ayurveda designed specifically for autoimmune conditions. Once she stabilizes, we can work on improving her gut health and her immunity
I understand your worry ð. Letâs address this step by step for your 6-year-old:
---
## ð¹ Why this is happening
* **Allergy / Urticaria tendency**: skin rashes, itching, red bumps â body reacting strongly to triggers.
* **Low immunity**: frequent fever, weak resistance â common in children with sensitive digestion or nutritional gaps.
* **Boil-like bump**: sometimes after scratching or weak immunity, small infections (heat boils / staphylococcus) can appear.
---
## ð¹ Diet & Foods to Avoid (for both allergy and immunity)
â **Avoid / Minimize**
* Junk foods: chips, bakery, chocolates, packaged snacks.
* Excess milk & milk sweets (can increase mucus, allergies).
* Tomatoes, brinjal, very sour pickles, fried/oily, spicy foods.
* Cold drinks, ice creams.
â **Give More**
* **Seasonal fruits**: apple, pomegranate, papaya, pear, guava.
* **Vegetables**: carrot, beetroot, pumpkin, bottle gourd, spinach (well-cooked).
* **Grains**: rice, wheat, millets (easy to digest).
* **Protein**: moong dal, masoor dal, soaked almonds (2â3), soaked walnuts (½).
* **Natural immunity boosters**:
* Turmeric milk (½ tsp turmeric in warm milk at night, 3â4 times/week).
* Tulsi (2â3 fresh leaves daily OR tulsi tea).
* Amla (fresh amla or amla candy).
* Honey (½ tsp with warm water in morning, not in hot milk/tea).
---
## ð¹ Ayurvedic Home Remedies (safe for kids)
* *****churna** + honey (½ tsp once daily) â for cough, low immunity.
* ***** (½ tsp daily with warm milk) â very effective immunity tonic.
* ******* (½ tsp with warm water/milk daily) â for allergy & skin rashes.
* Apply **neem + turmeric paste** (very mild, diluted with coconut oil) on boils/rashes externally if child allows.
---
## ð¹ Lifestyle Tips
* Keep nails trimmed to avoid scratching & infection.
* Lukewarm water bath, avoid very hot water.
* Cotton clothes, avoid synthetic & tight clothing.
* Make sure she gets **outdoor play / sunlight exposure** daily.
---
## ð¹ When to Consult me- when you read whole anser of your question.
* If boil increases in size, pus forms, or fever rises â may need local treatment/antibiotic.
* If hives / swelling appear around lips/eyes suddenly â urgent medical care.
---
â **Simple daily plan** for her:
* Morning: 2 tulsi leaves + warm water + ½ tsp honey.
* Breakfast: seasonal fruit + regular vegetarian food.
* Afternoon: normal lunch (dal, rice, veg, chapati).
* Evening: fruit OR soaked almonds/walnut.
* Night: warm milk with ½ tsp chyawanprash OR turmeric milk (alternate days).

Allergy & frequent infections in kids indicate low immunity & weak digestion. Along with medicines, right diet & lifestyle are very important. Avoid packaged/junk foods, give fresh home-cooked vegetarian diet with fruits, vegetables, ghee, dry fruits (as per tolerance). Ayurveda can help improve immunity & reduce allergy recurrences. I suggest you consult me for a personalized plan.
