I am suffering from stomach burning from many years, so tried to take mulethi powder but it increases blood pressure whenever I take it (I am not a blood pressure patient), if I stop taking it, BP will become normal, but mulethi helps in acidity, how to take mulethi without affecting blood pressure? and how much to take I mean the dosage? Please help, thank you 🙏

I had Epididymal cyst in 2014 & repeated in 2019 After 6 months antibiotics course the e coli infection cured. Now I'm feeling low Semen volume from the past 10 years around. Before the cyst it was in good quantity. Please help will it affect my chances of becoming a father ? It is decreased to very low quality.

I had lasik surgery in 2016. Due to antibiotic eye drops i got infection on eyelids which caused them to be irritated. Along with that I get eye strain and pain during evening. Allopathic drops are not providing me relief and lubricants are not helping with evening eye pain and strain. Is there any safest ayurvedic treatment or eye drops which I can use? I have trouble conceiving actively trying for past 2 years. 30day cycle.. All other test reports normal. No thyroid. On Day14 scan it was 16mm thick. I had to go for another scan on Day 2 and it mentioned 6.8mm. What should I do now?

Hello sir/mam, I have lipoma in my private parts(peyronies) from approx 17years. I m taking ayurvedic medicine as prescribed by doctor 2tb morning and evening in empty stomach CYSTOGRIT, and 1-1-1 kanchanaar ghanvati, punarnavadi madoor, vridhdhivadhika vati 3 times a day total 13 tab per day from 20 days and doing kapalbhanti 1hr morning and 1hr evening. I feel improvement in my condition. Currently I feel little numbing sensation in left feet. May I need to wait or any blood test required like lft,rft it is due to medication or during yoga pressure on feet.

Sir , My child Viraj is 1.5 years old . He had pneumonia at the age of 8 months . He was in hospital for 1 month allopathic pediatrics -child specialist doctor treated with continuous nebulizer medicine  antibiotic and etc.Aftet 1 month he was fit .after that his immunity is low ......but now he is 1.5 months and has an issue with "sound"  from his nose specially if winter and climate is cold and running nose . we have consulted with pediatric allopathic but he gave medicine and same  antibiotic and nose drop if fever than PCM. I think immunity is low and he can walk only by support at 1.5 year. Maybe it will  takes time to walk him well without support .We always save my child from the outside wind or cold climate otherwise running nose and fever some time .  Again winter or cold climate , the same issue happens the same running nose and sound coming like "su su su su "     .my wife is giving milk to him with 4 meals .What to do suggests for COLD Climate OR IMMUNITY BUSTER .
