I understand your concern. Since dandruff is persisting for more than 2 years and returns even after using ketoconazole shampoo or tablets, this may be a chronic type . In Ayurveda, it is linked to imbalance of Kapha and Vata doshas. Along with external medicines, internal balance is also important.
Next Steps
Ayurvedic treatment may include internal medicines like Gandhak Rasayan, Triphala, and external oils like Neem oil or Bhringraj taila (to be taken only after consulting an Ayurvedic physician).
Health Tips
• Wash scalp 2–3 times a week with a medicated shampoo. • Avoid heavy oiling and very oily/junk food. • Practice stress management (yoga/meditation).
